President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. today announced the designation of a Presidential Delegation to attend the Inauguration of His Excellency Andry Rajoelina on December 16, 2023, in Antananarivo, Madagascar.
The Honorable Claire A. Pierangelo, United States Ambassador to the Republic of Madagascar, will lead the delegation.
